Our formula for creating a work community is simple—find people who are equal parts skill and passion, then mix often. (Preferably with snacks.)

Anatomy of an Adchemist

1. Brain

The command center. Geared towards coming up with solutions to problems that others aren't even thinking about yet.

2. Heart

The driver. Supplies the courage and dedication to tackle any challenge. And we won't expect you to leave it at the door.

3. Legs

Ready to build new paths. Strong enough to tackle the toughest ascent, figurative or literal.

4. Hands

Ultra-dexterous and highly skilled. Channel hard work and convert thoughts to shippable product, whether writing on the whiteboard or using the ping-pong paddle.

5. Stomach

Satisfied. Surrounded by a smorgasbord of delights—from healthy treats in the fully stocked kitchen to espresso drinks and Bagel Wednesdays. And that's in between the twice a week catered lunches.

6. Feet

Nimble. Accustomed to stepping up to challenges and busting loose on the dance floor at happy hour.
