We want to know about what you can do.
But we also want to know about you.

We see an interview as a beginning—not of a job, but of a relationship. It’s your time, and nothing is more valuable than that. Our interviews are personal and focused. If we believe there’s a real opportunity for both of us to benefit, we’ll get together in person. We start a two-way process of getting to know you and, just as importantly, helping you get to know us.

For now, here are a few things to keep in mind before we say hello in person.

1Be Energized

We ask a lot of questions. A lot. Don’t be daunted if your one interview actually turns into three or four. We’re looking for people who can keep up with a fast pace, and maintain their focus throughout. If you can also keep us on our toes, so much the better.

2Be Ready to Code

During a technical interview, we’ll expect to see large portions of coding and problem solving on the spot. You should also be prepared to talk about the code you’ve written. This is a working meeting, so don’t be afraid to go into the details of what you did and why. Think of this as the one conversation where you can go on and on about your code, and be sure that the person listening just can’t wait to hear more.

3Be Curious

Ask us questions. Feel free to inquire about our process, our people or anything else that’s important to your work happiness. We love to see a curious mind, and we’re happy to answer questions that are important to you.

4Be Yourself

We’re looking for people who have the verve to revolutionize the industry. Relax, and don’t be afraid to let your quirks and personal interests shine through. You won’t scare us. In fact, you might even intrigue us.
